What You’ll Do:

As a Solar Appointment Setter, you’ll play a key role in driving the clean energy revolution—while growing personally, professionally, and financially.

• Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods and pitch a no-upfront cost solar program to homeowners

• Set 2–4 qualified appointments daily—our trained closers handle the rest

• Use company tools to track leads, follow up, and manage your schedule

• Grow into a closer role where you’ll earn up to $5000 per deal (average).. you can earn more! 

• Learn from top producers and receive hands-on mentorship

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must possess a valid California driver’s license and have reliable transportation

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Basic computer skills required

• Knowledge of the solar industry highly preferred but not needed

• Ability to speak a second language—especially Español—is a big plus
